- Contact information (name, email) when you book a call through Cal.com or contact us via email
- Website usage data through Google Analytics (Firebase): pages visited, referral source, device type, approximate geographic location. This data is aggregated and not personally identifiable.
- Technical data automatically collected by our hosting provider (Firebase Hosting): IP address, browser type, timestamps. This data is used for security and performance monitoring.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule calls
- To improve our website based on aggregated usage patterns
- To ensure website security and prevent abuse
Third-Party Services

Data Retention
Contact information is retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 1 year. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (26 months). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Client project intellectual property is governed exclusively by each project's individual contract.

Payments & Refunds
Payment terms, milestones, and refund policies are defined in each individual client contract. Carawon.tech LLC invoices at project milestones as agreed in the Statement of Work. No work exceeding 50% of the total project value will be performed before receipt of the first payment.
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at our discretion. Termination of project-specific engagements is governed by the applicable client contract.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
